1st post was in wrong area - sorry!

From the manual I should be able to use MP4, WAV & 3GP for video clips on my new K750i, but using IMTOO video Convertor, only 3GP clips play. MP4 give great sound but a black screen and WAV doesn't play at all. Has anyone tried this convertor - I've paid for the full prog so I hope it's OK!

I've downloaded the Spawn Cireon Car MP4 one and it works... the 1st MP4 to run on my phone, but then I didn't convert it

I was desperate to have a copy of the new Pink Panther trailer for my phone and ended up buying the Quick Time upgrade as well, to get it but STILL can't encode it - it's here http://www.apple.com/trailers/sony_picture...anther/low.html - if anyone can tell me what / how to do it (on MP4 if possible as it seems better quality than 3GP??)

i use mpegable x4 live to encode, i can give you the settings i use for k750i

Thanks for the speedy reply. I had already read both - I don't have Nero and the second one just sounded too complicated for my rather pathetic skill (or lack of) level at this video malarky

Yes please for the settings, I've downloaded the one you use, so fingers crossed. I just wish I'd found you guys here before I bought full copies of RealPlayer, QuickTime & IMTOO 3GP

The 3rd screen shot has no available selections when I try to set anything??

I went through and did the rest but it didn't work & when I tried clicking on the play button I got "No input video - DirectShow mismatch?" which as you'll have guessed means nothing to me

Also I noticed in the 'job list' window it says no audio but the clip has?

your parent clip sounds corrupt. (probably a bad .avi) download another version. mpeg is easier for conversiion

Ok, its a bit of messing about but it can be done...in 2 steps.
You will need a few tools, you already have two of them

1) Quick time Pro
2) http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm - The RAD Video Tools (http://www.radgametools.com/down/Bink/RADTools.exe) (Its freeware , we dont want you spending even more money now do we )
3) imTOO 3gp converter

first of all follow this guide.
then use imTOO to create your 3GP video file.

http://3gpvids.com/potc.3gp - thats the conversion i did with this method
