Why dont you just use the manual color correction?
adjust/color correction/manual
Left click the source color (you want to change) and then right click the target color (you want it to be).
Or look through the huge collection of sites google brings up.

You mean that i can change te color on the neon to blue or red ?
Any color can be changed to any color,but you have to play with the hue and saturation to fine tune it,some colors just dont want to be another color.
