welcome to Mob9 Dennydonk,try shareware.com and search for mp3 to wav converter,i know there are lots of software in that site that you needed. as for me i only use blaze media pro for my ringtones. and oh scuby's right don't reveal your email add for your safety, enjoy your stay here man

Yeah, dBpower AMP Music Converter would do the job, downloadable from www.download.com and once converted trim it to your desired length using Windows Sound Recorder.
you could use nero if you had one and change mp3 to wav while trimming the length of the song
