Hi there! I am new here. I have been looking at the themes, it seems that there are quite a lot of themes for S60 and Sony Ericsson.

I am wondering how can I make themes for S40? I understand that S40 does not recognize sis file, am I right with this? if that is so what file type is used to install a theme in s40?

I guess I should have done a search or read some threads first. After I have posted this topic and followed a few threads, I came upon the topic "What Softwares to make themes" and viola... my question have an answer. I guess I have to do some tinkering with the software and maybe I will find out the answer to my other questions.

@ mobitrax hello again my friend the answer to yuor question is this.

1 - no series 40 nokia do not support sis files.

2 - the series 40 theme studio isn't a theme studio as such more simply just a single screen changing app witch allows you to change the look of the signal bars and the softkey area , that's it nothing else , so you see this is why i say it's not an actual studio as such.

i am pretty sure the above is correct but alas i am no Elton should nee any other help i'll also try to help you mate.
