hey i'm using xilisoft to convert my avi files but when on the phone they're just playing the audio and a still of the first frame. I'm encoding in mpeg4 video 176x144 bitrate is 40. audio is mp3.

Can someone please tell me an optimal codec setup to use with the d500 through xilisoft.

Apologies in advance if this was explained in previous topics but i honestly wansn't able to find it.

Hmmm... Have you tried to convert to 3gp insted?

mpeg4 is the codec i'm using inside the .3gp. The overall format is still 3gp
