Hello Guys! I have important statements and would like to ask admins of this forum, or who created rules here, Why we are in our community can not share games or post it in forum for download? i dont want take money or sell to anyone games, if i have, i can share this and its not our problem, is it free or I already purchased this game for example. I want to share game with friends in this forum in community but rules not allowed that, so the question is, WHY? or mention our e-mails in forum for our personal conversations by e-mail, why u admins do this? If anyone post e-mail and if the person wants to receive e-mails from the people from this community, so why not? Let's change some rules in here and be more friendly to each other guys, let's share our interests with more profit, how do you think guys? Admins, you also think about this point, we are not breaking any laws, we just want to be here as at home, and at home i guess no one hiding anything from each other...

Since you are a new member, you didn't follow all the fuss that was around when this decission was taken. Believe me, the grounds on which it was taken are completely legit and necessary to keep this forum up and running without the danger of it being closed down.

Don't question the rules, just live by them!

sharing games you've bought or have obtained from elsewhere IS piracy. It's the LAW get used to it.
posting freeware games and demo's is allowed.

not being allowed to post e-mails in the forums is one of the rules of mobile9 to protect our members.
if you want, just put your e-mail address in your profile.

btw, wat model is ya phone? wat games u intend 2 share?

Ok guys, got all your points, that is good, that is ok, what you saying, but some one said, do not discuss rules, juts live with it, its wrong man, never make like this statements, to understnad something you have to discuss. What I offerd for you guys, its legal too, for example, when i got a payable game, i did not see the phrase in terms and conditions, like DO NOT SHARE< or DO NOT COPY, yes it is maybe piracy to share payable games, but just from one side, its not written in agreement of use in that games, where is written, so its ok, let's follow, but ok guys, anyway, we have to be usefull here all for each other, that is I think, and how do you think guys, should be we useful for each other in any cases??

Magic777man, this was just what I meant when I said READ LEGAL STATEMENTS on developers site!!!! Written in there is all you're talking about. Stating what you do is saying those developers are a bunch of baboons who do not know how to protect there products legaly. Now that is a dumb statement, I'm sorry to say. Why are you not an advocate then, if you know of laws so well???

I don't see why all the fuss about the games, if you are so desperate to share the games, there are other forums that allow that. M9 doesn't anymore, so get used to that... Because of all those piracy games, the download section was completely locked, and now I can't even upload my ringtones (my work, my creations, not bought)!!

yup I agree. it's over here for games. I buy all of mine so i dont give a toss. I like this place because i like the people here. you can discuss new releases, opinions of games everything about games...... there are many forums like this and i dont see as many threads there asking for games. they are against rules so lets try and leave the space here fror real posts that are allowed about new and upcoming stuff that we can all look forward to buying them for our phones.
If you can afford hundreds of dollars for a phone surely you can afford 3$ for a game..

but if you could download a phone, would you buy it still?

this is what's causing the confusion in my opinion, people think it's alright to download something and not buy it, jut cos they can.

I agree with you, Adonis. Maybe they should make phones avalable for download...
