I was looking throught the gallery just and i noticed that the Jessica Alba request theme i made has ben downloaded by a member called Mazze and has just uploaded my theme with around two changes in total taking the desktop away and leaving the original picture and also taking the small pictures out of the highlights.

Personally i think this is leaching as this is basically my theme still and im wondering why there is no mention of the original author or that it has even been validated.

Just wanted to see what you guys think on the matter

This guy takes one of my themes..... makes a sucky edit, keeps the animated standby screen, flips the stat with the soft bars, adds a new image on the menu, uses the thm file that cant remove the author,(mTc) and then gives credit to "Edited version of a theme previously posted by another person with some image edits ..." when MY name is on top of the preview screen!!!
