I dont see anything in the rules saying no games request.

There are many freeware games, and its allowed to post them and post links to them.

It is also allowed to post links to purchase paywaregames, and its allowed to post links to demo and shareware games.

It must certainly also be allowed to post games request as long as its not a request specifically breaking any of the rules. And just asking about a specific gametype cannot be breaking the rules, It could be there was a freewaregame. Or if someone ask about a specific game we could perhaps link to where this specific game can be bought. Im all for the rules, no problem, but lets try not to get carried away to much and make it a crime just to say the word "game" wink.gif First announcement in the games section even describe how to request a game, so games request are allowed:

Below are the rules as stated in the rules section:

I once asked with a little sarcasme: What is w***?

We all know what that means, and I think that that was what Vipburgr tried to point out.

the confusion seems to be between someone requesting where they can purchase the game from, and someone asking where they can get the game for FREE from.

the latter obviously isn't allowed. but in turn we can just tell them to buy it and point them in the right direction.
MightyVibesCHjazzzz
Just like you guys been doing ever since the new rules came in effect. Most of the time the confussion would be less if ppl would state if it was a freeware game or game they would like to buy.
All other free game options are out of the question.

Some do state what Type of game it is. Please take example by that.
