It does exist many programs to convert mp3/wave into midi,
but it is not simple to use, i have tried it out, but couldnt work it out right, hehe
The way i have made my midi ringtones is:
- Is to download full karaoke midi song,
used a program called pms player and cut
the songs of however i wanted them..mopar says -->
After looking into it looks like you loose the good sound i have tested some but i dont like them.My answer:
It depends what phone you use.
I use the k700, and some ringtones dont work so fine cause the mp3 speaker... If i test a same tone on a
T630 example, then will the midi tone work fine, cause
on my K700 it wont play the beat tone right, just melody.. But that depend which tones you choose.
On a SE-T630 with no mp3 function, will all the ringtones work fine.. I think its a problem with the newer phones, specialy my k700... therefor i use mp3 tones insted
