I offen use The program called (Magix Music maker 7)
To cut and edit my ringtones....
You simply put a original mp3 song into the prog,
and cut and fitt the song however you want...
With the miditones i use the program called (psm player)
If You have a full midi song, you just put it in the prog, and cut it howevere you wanted...
