Jad files are often not needed, but if your handset prompt you for missing jad files, use the Jadmaker.

THere is one important thing that u may need to know if u use jadmaker..


U may be required to type in the full path of the file..

Lets say ur jad file is on ur D drive BeachRally.jar

U will need to type in D:\BeachRally.jar

Even though if ur jadmaker file is inside ur D drive.

u can also use it as drag'n'drop, so you don't have to type anything. jad will be created in the same folder.

k700 doesn't need .jad file

when I put "jar" file onto the JADMaker...
why only 1 kb of the "jad" file generated ?
my .jar file should around 149 kb...but only
come out with 1 kb ?

jad file is not a replica of the .jar file,. it is a instruction file for the phone to say what the .jar file is.
hence the small filesize.

I think some mobile can not install without .jar files.
If you have only .jad file your mobile say don't find .jar! I think you need to download all (.jar & .jad) file

Hii, I treid downloading several games for my Nokia 5700. This cell acpts only .jar files. Howver, when I install it, no files work. It shows as an invalid file, can you help. Plz, there are billion games waitin 4 me, which I wanna ply???Plz plz plz assist?

hey i got a moto L6, i used JADgen to change my .jar files to .jad files. my question is, how do i put it onto my fone, since there is no games folder to put it to and when i try to put it somewhere else it says unsupported media type. please let me noe! im using Mobilephone Tools to transfer my files btw, if that helps. THANKS! any help appreciated!

I would say no. There maybe a converter somewhere but i doubt it.

You cant do that rub. Exe files are only compataible with Windows Mobile. Converting Exe to jar is Impossible! .

hi im new to this and i was wondering how to make the jad files work on my phone?

i have a blackberry 8820 and a 1G mirco sd
so when i usb cord my phone with the computer it opens up the memory card which many different folders

one of theses folders is applications & games
so i drag the jad file (a game name 24 unit)
into it then when i put my sd card back into my phone nothing happen

please help me
