Here is the photoshop template of the semi circle effect that you can see in most of my themes.

You can modify the circle according to your theme. Please note that you need to open a 176x220 pixel picture to drag and drop the semi circle. Otherwise it wouldn't be placed properly.

Excellent. Is there any chance of a version that can be used on Paint Shop Pro?

It comes on as a blank picture on PSP9
