Full Version: .mp4 Settings For Nokia 7610?

Could someone please tell me what the ideal settings are for encoding .mp4 files for the Nokia 7610? I have tried playing the little britain ones on this forum but they are not really meant for this phone so the video is very choppy (sound is fine though),i'm using that pvauthor 3 v.3.0 ...er..thing. thanx in advance.
