Htc Desire C Theme Making Options

Hello all... long time no chat :D

Is it possible to make themes for the HTC Desire C? If so is there a link out there for the programme and a simple walkthrough guide?

I have seen the themes in the gallery, but searched for the thememaker with no success..

Also how easy is it to become an app creator (found the app creator, just a basic one ) it called appInventor
