Download Errors Options

I have tried downloading Monopoly World Edition and when I press Download it comes up with a box asking how I want to do this. Then I click send to my device but when I click Send it just tells me it's in a download queue on my device (HTC Desire C). So then I sent it with the yellow SMS option instead. The message to retrieve the game appeared in the message but when I clicked it, it just comes up with 'Error. System Error.'
I have paid £5 and received the 50 credits, but now I have 47 credits and still no game. Please explain what I need to do,
