One (1) RC Banner, inviting members to participate in RC restrictions: text should be editable, so submit a psd file + originals used, example of text " RC Week 307" Topic, Instrumental... screen size should not be more than 400 x 400 px animated or non-animated 2. One (1) RC Banner, inviting members to vote restriction: animated, a psd file( if made from scratch ) must be submitted or if it is made from other programs, a link to your screenshots, originals (if used) should also be included ideal size and examples (IMG:http://i33.tinypic.com/2wlrn8p.jpg) (IMG:http://i32.tinypic.com/4q6gz7.jpg) (IMG:http://i41.tinypic.com/2zp17ih.jpg) (IMG:http://i40.tinypic.com/2gwsxmt.jpg) You will post the following things in the Final Entry Thread: 1. your 2 banners 2. each banner must have link to your psd/originals This topic will be open for 2 weeks until Sunday 19 Aug.
