Cant Get Any Files To Download On Your New Layout On My Kindle Fire Options

On the new layout when you click the get file button and it brings up the box to download it doesn't actually download it just says that the download will start automatically and ive gave it up to ten minutes on three or four files and it does the same thing with the old layout I could download straight to the kindle fire without using a computer and when I try to upload it says I have to verify my email but nothing is ever sent to my email I have tried resending it a couple of times and the email is correct I would greatly appreciate the help thank you

as for downloading process it may due to the browser that you using, what kind of browser do you using? Im using Nokia E7 with opera mobile browser ,the downloading was succesfully and the newest downloading process was loaded sucessfully too (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

If the downloading didnot start automatically then you can click the ''download again button''

after that click a button called ''resend validation'' button (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

if the system mentioned the mail is sent then please check your mail inbox , if its not in inbox the file may in the junk or spam folder (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

hi @sierrabishop19, if u view m9 site from your device, you can direct go to t.mobile9.com to get your file download straight away into your phone.
else another alternate way is:
Step 1: you can log in in computer or view full version of m9, inside file click "Get File" -> "Send file to device"

Step 2: log in from device either
m.mobile9.com
OR
t.mobile9.com

Step 3: from m.mobile9.com - find 'Files from PC (View Queue)' at header. Click links 'View Queue'
OR
from t.mobile9.com - click at the header top most right icon

Step 4: direct click download to download file into your device

I click the send file device it dont download too.. Coz if file downloading on my tablet i will see an arrow on the bottom of tablet blinking.. But i so not see any arrow at all it means it is not downloading.. The proceas before is more easy. This new one is complicated..

Hey Guys, I think the new download layout is not compatible with all tab's browser, why you guys ignore my advice? Goto your app market find a browser called Opera mobile (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) to be honest the downloading process is really working in This browser (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Good luck !!
