Hello Everyone (IMG:style_emoticons/default/byebye.gif)
Here's a simple Tutorial for you

How to Copy,Paste & Edit in Photoshop CS5 - CS6

For this tutorial I've used these two images which you may save and practice with

(IMG:http://i68.tinypic.com/v7e53p.jpg) (IMG:http://i64.tinypic.com/10hrr5x.jpg)

--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---

LETS BEGIN!!

1. Select the shape an Ellipse (Keyboard Shortcut Key - U).

2. Draw a circle hold down the Shift Key on your keyboard.

3. Place the circle on the desired location. Expand or reduce the size using the transformation tool (Keyboard Shortcut Key - CTRL+T),
make sure you're holding the shift key while you do so to ensure the shape retains its perspective.

4. To select press the keys Ctrl + Enter.

5. Go to the layers panel, Right click on the eclipse you created and click on "Delete layer"

6. Now while retain the circular selection Copy (CTRL + C) and Paste (CTRL + V) the Image on the desired image.
After pasting the image

7. Go to the "Layers Panel" and select the layer of the image you just pasted. Then click on "fx", Browse through the menu & click on Outer Glow.
Adjust the settings i.e. Opacity, color etc. as per your need. Once you've gotten your desired result, Then finally click on OK

And That's All!!!

I this little tutorial will be of use to use.
I've also made a YOUTUBE video for you guys you may check it out at the link below
