Actually OPDA issues a key file against only one IMEI Number, and people use that keys to sign their software/themes with help of any signing tool. If your phone is a hacked one there is no problem to install that kind of theme/software. It is always recommended for 5th edition themers to make their own keys with carbide. Please follow the steps to make your own key.

One question in my mind, after making own key an set it in the theme then want to install this theme one error or message pop-up like "Application is untrusted an may be harmful to your phone" you know any way to solve this error... |

Hey Nim , I guess there is no solution for the notification (only Nokia certified or developed apps will not show it) , but if u have faith in the file resource u can install it without any hesitation .
