Welcome to M.o.S Inteviews (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)
As explained before, M.o.S Interviews is gonna be a lil bit different from other common ways of interviewing! Here, the hosts, or actually the questioners will be members. It means you guys are allowed to ask any questions from the one sitting on the chair of M.o.S Interview (can be seen below). Just try not to be offensive or ask personal questions (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) So that is the only rule we have here. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
So just to complete the fun (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

all M9 members are allowed to ask questions!

Each person will sit on the chair for one week (if we notice the guy is popular and people wanna ask more questions, this time can be extended (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) ) and will have to answer all the questions that people ask! (except those that are violating our only rule of course!)
Also, the one sitting on the chair is in charge of choosing the next person for the interview! Just try to choose someone from the questioners, not a member that has not taken part in this section at all, and perhaps doesn't like to answer questions (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
And whoever is chosen to be asked questions, will have to change his/her sign to this for the whole period of interview:
