What gives - first your instructions for entering the ID are obviously woeful (just look at the number of posts asking how it's done!).

Then when I finally get to that step and downloaded a test ringtone on my device - where the hell is it? It's certainly not available on my phone from the sounds menu where you can select ringtones?

and no instructions to assist??? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) (((

How come you got to the conclusion that you should blame others in such a mean language when YOU don't know where YOUR phone saves the data??!!!
You have downloaded the ringtone successfully, and m9 has done its job perfectly. Now that you can't find the ringtone in your device is not m9's fault. You gotta read more about your OS or your device, and find out the directory your phone saves the downloaded ringtones!

generally all files downloaded go to download folder on E/ or C/(if not there card)

go to file manager/option/find
type the file name u had downloaded.
Find it in c/: or e/: drive.
Go to the top of the page
