Very good first entry! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap.gif) I agree with magicas about the shadow. Also the women in the background are a little unclear. Would be nice if they don't have that pixelated look. There's a great and huge set of people shapes for Photoshop HERE, if you're interested....
