sorry mate (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) there is no way to unlock your memory card password (IMG:style_emoticons/default/crybaby.gif) but,i have a step how to get back your card,the step is format your memory card from your pc (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) but you must remember,after you format your memory card all files in your card will removed and the card password also will reset again.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/weightlift.gif) not sure - whether or not it will work with your cell - (on a 6300 it's been done) try to RENAME your card if ithis trick works indeed, the card will be unlocked after. Ok install xplorer open it now go to C drive n search for d folder system/mmcstore
Again rename mmcstore to mmcstore.txt n ur password is revealed in txt format at d end in several characters (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif) This post has been edited by Raindeer123: Nov 1 2010, 10:03 PM |

raindeer123@ that steps have you gave is not working on all s40 phones but that steps just working on all s60 2nd phones only (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif)

raindeer123@ that steps have you gave is not working on all s40 phones but that steps just working on all s60 2nd phones only (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif) Thanks to correct me here is another way first update ur phone using nokia software updater..so everything in ur phone will be new...then after updating... put the memory card in...it will ask for passowrd..ignore it...then go to memory format it... after formating...u can see there is a set passoword...set is to 12345...after setting there will be a new password... then after thats done...remove the password with 12345...then everytihign will be done...ok... i read in a forum that u can formathe memory card and remove password using a communicator phone from nokia..
Also i heard of a software called mmcpwd, but didnt work in my phone, i think it might work in s60v3 phones...try those... |
