well both phones seems good from wht u have described
but am an lg fan and i can tell u that an lg phone always has something special in its software like mine is anti theft tracking system its theft proof hehe so if i were u i will go for lg |

Samsung is better than Lg,bcoz samsung manufacturing quality,Lcd colors rasulation and battery timing stand by/talk time much better than Lg.
