 Rejected Files, I Just Don't Get It!please Somebooodyyy Help Me! |

Hello everyone!! I am new in this site and i face a little problem with my latest uploads!
Yesterday i uploaded two animated themes and it didn't let me upload anything cause i had an incoplete preview or something like that! So i decided to uncheck the auto-preview and choose another image i had used in my theme as a preview that wasn't animated, as i thought that would be the solution to the problem! And yes it finally let me upload my two themes!! Today i sign in and take a look at my gallery and all i see is this: (IMG:http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/9117/catsjr.jpg) My two themes were deleted cause i had an incomplete preview AGAIN!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/fryguy.gif) What's going on here?? And why couldn't i upload the themes from the start with auto preview?? The only file that let me upload is an animated screensaver but i had uploaded it for two different se mobiles(i did the same for the themes) and it rejected one of them(it's the file that says DUPLICATE next to it in the image). Ok i understand about the screensaver but about the themes?? How can i successfully upload them??It's the first time i upload somthing animated so i wonder is there anything special i don't know about animated themes? My other themes(not animated) were always uploaded without any trouble. Please anyone help me!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wallbash.gif) Thanks in advance!!!! |

Make sure to complete all fields required when uploading so you don't get rejected for incomplete previews. |

Is it possible that the themes were rejected because i had double uploaded them for different mobile phones? About incomplete preview: I am sure i have completed all fields correctly, i checked a million times one by one!!! The themes were uploaded succesfully yesterday (when i changed the preview standby animated image with another one of the theme that was not animated) but rejected today!! How's that possible? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wallbash.gif) Any ideas??? |

Here is a clarification of what we call incomplete preview. I checked and all 4 files were rejected because they don't have proper preview.
