My W910i-phone Lock Code Options

Hello there,
I've set phone lock code for my W910i some time ago. now i turned off my mobile and i can't remember the password i set. i tried every possible choices i could have chose. could any one tell me how to format my mobile or if there is a way to unlock it when it's on the tandby screen?
