suggestion: WPC TEAM
i was considering starting a WPC Team. here are the description and purposes: Purpose: The team will be responsible for scourging the theme and image galleries on M9 or anyplace else. they will note down potential WPC participants, those with good skill, and invite them to join us with a brief description of the contest. Who will be in the team: Anyone can apply to be in the team. it will mainly consist of members who are regular WPC participants, and have a few free minutes every week. here are the questions i put forward to WPC participants: 1. what do you think of such a team? 2. do you think we need to give the team incentives? if yes, what could be the possible incentives? |

My personal opinion that all participants should do his/her part of promoting WPC by posting banner on their homesites, inviting people to join, give them links if they ask etc... and i also think that most of them already do that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif) .
Also.. now after few months we have 2 RC Managers i can say that maybe you boxie should consider to take one more person to help you managing WPC. Not because you are not doing good job coz we all know you are great manager but WPC is growing, there will be even more people coming and entering... and sooner or later you will need help like i needed it in RC. 1. WPC team? Sounds awesome! If admins approve it, I'm in!
2. What is 'incentives'? If its like some kind of privileges and awards, then I think we should have badges on the profile. And it will also be good if our group would be 'WPC Team' instead of 'Members'/'Partial Members'/'Super Members'. |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/clapping.gif) hmmm...well the green badge in RC only stays in the forum. it doesn't show on the homesites. but let's not talk about other competitions. i was talking about incentives to the team members (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

I read the Wikipedia article, but I still don't get it... There are too many difficult english words that I don't know...
Maybe I need a new brain instead of a dictionary? Can someone please explain it in simple words? |
