How would I go about capturing a shockwave movie such as the 60 sec bunny movies:

and then converting it to a 3gp movie.
If some one could tell me what software to use or even send me the files then that would be great.

One way of doing it could be to download Camtasia studio 2.0.
It enables you to record whole screen or just a small piece of the screen which you can define. It can save to all kinds of format, avi, swf, etc.
So you can capture the flashmovie to avi and then convert to 3gp.

Camtasia Studio Trial

I think you'll get the hang of it in notime, I know I did.

Then the next question would be what do I use to convert it from avi to 3gp?

there ARE actually programs to covert SWF to AVI, in fact, macromedia CAN export to avi...
so just use that and work from there
