Hi there, i have a problem with my w610. It happens to me 80% of the times when I speak on the phone.I can't hear the person I'm talking with. They can hear me but I can't and so I have to hang up and call again and then it's ok. I'm sure it's my phone's fault because I put my SIM card in other devices and it was fine. I speak for some minutes and then suddenly I hear nothing. Can somebody help with this? Thanks.

So that is bcos of the earphone problem. I think there may be a loose connection in the earphone's wire with the phone's main board.

Try this test
Press
>*<<*<*
Then go to Services Tests
In services test select "Ear phone"

You must hear a tone(Sony Ericsson Tone)
in your earphone continuously.

Make sure you can hear it continuously.

If you cant hear it continuously that make sure there is a problem in your earphone.

Taking your phone to repair shop is the only solution for this problem. :)
