So... this day has finnaly come... I don't like opening speeches, but here's a little introduction.

I've come up with this idea a long time ago (over a year now), to make a group of ringtone makers, the people who love music, sounds and effects, and most of all, the people that are the happiest when they create ringtones for all the other members to download

Mp3, wav, midi, amr, ogg... everything is possible (with the right equipment of course...).

Basically, I want to gather a team of members that would be specialists on their field of work. As for now, the jobs are:

Specialists: Our top up-loaders. They make mp3, of any kind. They are artists, that simply enjoy creating ringtones. Their newest work can be found in 2 places, first one is topic "it's time to show off" in MoS, and the second one is in Ringtones sub-forum, if they have their own thread.

Technicians:They do good ringtones, like everyone in this group, but the thing that makes them unique is their good knowledge about hardware/software and general "how-to" about ringtones.

Investigators: Ah investigators... The ones who fill out requests for ringtones all over forum, if anyone can make you a ringtone from any song you desire...its those guys! But since they are so active all over forum, and communicating with other people, leadership of this group has full trust in them to find new perspective members for this group.

Alchemists: They are one of a kind. They do a lot of things besides ringtones. Sure they know how to make good ringtone, but they usually have great graphics skills as well. This guys know a little from everything above, so they help when ever help is needed in any of other subgroups.

This is also an invitation for all other members that would like to work with ringtones to join us.

As for the team members, here's a little introduction:

Vanja - I've been a M9er for a while, with almost 600 ringone uploads to the Gallery, the CP points well over 800 and probably well know to those members that were downloading things from the Ringtones section. I was doing everything about ringtones: remixes, unique ringtones, requests for the themes, personal requests, finding a requested tone, conversions... But now I've focused only on making high quality mp3 rintones (and a few midis as well)

...for me i love computers and love toying with them.. for ringtones, i just edit existing mp3 or completely make a fool out of myself by playing with my voice and adding effects.. i love doing message alert tones because it catches the attention of other people when they hear funny or unusual tones..

I will also, as I already said, upload many ringtones. I sometimes make completely new sounds, or I just edit existing MP3's by editing the BPM, adding some effects, mixing etc. Although I work as a graphic - printmaker, and I love graphics, I also LOVE music esp. Trance, Techno & House, and I wanted to be a DJ, but things went other way, so I want to do it at least this way

I really hope we can gather at least 6 people that would work together, exchange ideas, and help members with the musical part of the mobile phoning...

We will have our specific signatures (the temporary - my try - isn't very succesful) and avatars.

For now, I think that would be all

I'd also like to share tones I just cut mp3s and make them into tones. you can check em out at my homesite [i have 101 up and 10 in validation atm] :)
