Seeing Double Lol, Help Please! Options

Hi could some nice Admin please help me.

My "Bite Me K750" theme was validated this morning and it's doing quite well on the downloads...but the trouble is that it's still showing in my validation queue..and i don't want it to be validated again, the last time that happened to another one of my themes..they were both deleted and i lost all my downloads :cry: and i wouldn't like for that to happen again LOL :pray: :grouphug: :byebye:

:lol: It's happening all over again... :cry: ..another 2 of my k750 themes "Misty Blue and Hot Stuff" have been validated twice..and now i am getting downloads for both of them..which is great until the 2 doubles get taken down and then i will loose my downloads on the ones that get deleted..it's happed twice before.... please help :pray: :grouphug: :byebye:

Hi, me too, my Astroboy theme seems to have just been validated, but still on my validation queue - can someone delete it off the queue please?

I cant see "Misty Blue and Hot Stuff" :cry: :cry: :cry: have they been taken down with the doubles :unsure: and if so what now? do i loose all my downloads again as this has happend before :robbed: can anyone help :( :grouphug:

In the gallery there are no previews anymore of "Misty Blue and Hot Stuff" only dead links :wacko: :wacko: :wacko: i don't understand what's going on anymore :surrender: i'm lost and so are my themes :P

Lucky you! My double uploads are still in the gallary (7 themes were uploaded twice) and one more is in the gallary and in the validation queue at the same time.

Yeah Sedma..this is really frustrating.. :( ..but i just figured it out by myself what happened to my themes..while my double entries got deleted, so did all my Previews..so i just edited and reuploaded new previews and it's ok now..they are showing up in the gallery..i just wish they would let us know what's going on..that's all..and why this keeps happening over and over again <_< :wallbash: :cry: :surrender:

seems like the glitch happens from time to time. i have only validated them once but seems to show up twice. and they are siamese twins. i change one, and the other gets affected.

@oopsie: can you edit the 2 themes to add the previews? i doubled your download counter when i deleted the twin but lost the previews in the process.

@others: please list your dupes and awaiting oopsies' report on whether the previews can be added later. when i start deleting the dupes, the previews will be deleted as well. dont worry about the queue as i will just reject them

*sorry for the inconvenience, but the gallery gets the hiccups every so often
