help! i have a problem with these instrustions
QUOTE This image is called the 'navi pane',there are two 'navi pane' images, one is the 'navi pane background' (which shows only on the idle screen),the other is called the 'navi wipe',which shows on all other screens. 1: Go to selection 02 (Areas) 2: It will open in 'status area',select the bottom image (navi pane background) 3: Select 'components' (on the right of the screen) and double click the 'none' image and save. Do the same for the 'navi wipe' (if you want to remove this as well),but keep in mind, this image is there to aid visibility to the text which is placed on top,so choose your background images considering this. ----------------------------------------------------------- when i go to the "components" on the upper right side of the screen the components are empty i can't seem to find the "none" image in there. thanks! |

This instruction is relevant, only to theme studio v1.2 and earlier. :)
You must be using v3.0.....what phone do you have? Which theme mode are you selecting? 2.6 2.8 or 3.0? |

Open your 176x208 idle screen image in your paint program, and cut the 176x15 section from it, save this, and use as the navi pane.
Im not sure why they removed the 'mask' option for this section in v3.0, but this gets around it. :good: |

thanks i'm already using that method. but the problem is i'm not using same picture for the idle screen and the active screen. whenever i put a 176x15 to make the idle screen look transparent but the active screen also have the same 176x15 as the idle screen which make the active screen look awful.
thanks anyway! |

Hi guys, im new here.
Looks like a great site, I've recently been looking for good themes around the place, and I've been pretty unsucessful so far. Then I thought, why don't I make one? I've spent over a year at college studying photoshop therefore I should be able to do it pretty easily. So I got on and started to produce my own theme. I'm about 40% of the way through at the moment I'd say, and I've come to a dead end. I want to test the theme out on my phone to make sure I'm not doing the whole process completely wrong. I'm using Theme Studio v.1.2 and I have a Nokia 7610. When I go to 'Checkout' in the program, I get told I need some certificate thing, I tried reading about it in the Nokia guide and really couldn't make any sense of it. Anyone willing to offer a helping hand? |
