Probs Getin Theme To Fit Options

Hi,

Have been making my own themes for a few months now (nothing as good as you guys!) for my k700i with no problems at all.
Trouble is now I have a s700i but cannot get the layout right on the screen.
The trouble is all in the double title and tab title areas, their just not there when I download onto my phone.
I am using the SE theme creator and Microsoft Picture It 7.

Can someone have a look for me and tell me where I'm going wrong!?
