You can't do that yourself. The moderators make the decision if your files are good enough to be featured. For your files to become featured they gotta have enough downloads and favourites.
Something like that. |

it dosent matter how many fav r there...
U jst have to upload a GOOD file which must impress admins, mods ...if they think its good enough to be featured then they ll make it featured (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif) |

When Your File Are Many Commented By Others M9 Users Then Your File Go To The Featured I Am Already try This Method and My Files Are Go To The Featured.
