I think no. Some say that in their phone while installing any unsigned app, they get an error message that's all. And the app gets installed. But I have never experienced it.
So the only solution for installing unsigned apps is to hack your phone. |

First hack your phone by some software.my phone was hacked so I intall all software of my phone.
