Beijing November 25 report (reporter Wang Min) the network Energy Research Institute president Zhang Yunzhou 25 in Beijing held the fourth "power energy · · development" forum of international blackout accident the main reason, and pointed out that China power grid for 30 years without the occurrence of blackout experience is precious.
These experiences mainly lies in: on the establishment of a reliable power grid three line in the system, always adhere to unified planning, unified power grid dispatching and unified management.According to introducing, State Grid Energy Research Institute since 1965 140 international blackout accidents were analyzed after the discovery of North America blackout accidents, region, Brazil, India and other developing countries have also occurred many times in the blackout.
These accidents are caused by a variety of factors: equipment failure and natural disaster is the main cause of the accident; system protection technology measures such as improper or inadequate disposal is the direct cause of the accident; grid structure "be congenitally deficient" is caused by some accident in power grid management system the main reason of the frequent; dispersion, operation mechanism not free is more blackout the deep reason of accident.
Zhang Yunzhou said, the study also showed that the large power grid accident and synchronous power grid scale did not contact necessarily.To ensure the safe operation of large power grids mainly depends on the grid structure is reasonable, safety control measures are in place, different dispatching between whether to establish the information sharing, efficient and coordinated operation mechanism.
He pointed out that, in order to meet the needs of large-scale power transmission and efficient allocation of the basic requirements, China needs to construct safe, economic and efficient strong power grid.
UHV transmission technology maturity and commercial applications for Chinese large power grid development provided strong support.The forum, the experts also pointed out, in recent years China's new energy development, need to improve the supporting policy, promote new energy consumption on inter-provincial electricity pricing mechanism, increase new energy access cost subsidies standards, to further promote the development of new energy sources.
