Currently youre in validating group that is why you dont have permission to open a topic in that forum (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) what does validating means? Validating means a member that has not validated their account yet(has not do validation for his or her account) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
