 Error In Line 40 When Uploading |

I am getting this error message when I want to upload a wallpaper.
I have this problem since yesterday. Earlier that day I also uploaded a theme and that went perfectly, now it does not work anymore. I made a screenshot before and one after I pressed "upload' Before (IMG:http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t100/tantjenbertolli/Untitled1-1.jpg) After (IMG:http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t100/tantjenbertolli/Untitled2-1.jpg) SOLVED ! hi od3n,thank you very much,my is solved,all ok,but i know someone have tried this night and have too this problem,i have tried with my pc and it s ok....but he yes continue having a problem to upload http://p.mobile9.com/k2bung/ (he use the phone with opera)on gallery java and other too on videos facing the same too.....
