We do automated checking at the moment (that's the way we know it) = if original author uploaded the file here on M9, and another person come upload the SAME theme, we will alert him/her about it. They can choose to continue upload but our mods will then see those files as flagged. At the moment you can get files check and remove by posting link of stolen item and link to prove your ownership here. Our mods will then proceed accordingly. Discovered last night one of my themes reuploaded to the gallery without my permission or credit. Still the uploaders argues not to end the dispute. If he has no intention to credit me, then in that case Please Delete It!!!!!
