If Admin or mod. likes your collection they will featured them. And when your 100 collections becomes featured then you will achieve this badge. Make collections by adding more and more files to your favourite and give a name to your best collection. when mobile9 Admin likes your collection they will featured them and when your 100 best collections becomes featured then you will awarded with Curator Badge.
