I Asked For A New Pass And It Not Work...i Can't Access To My Profile.... Options

i m philippe78....i can't access to my profile.....i changed mail on my profil days ago and after i asked for a new password......then i receive it on my new mail....but it not work,i can't log me,nothing,i have tried with more new password,nothing,they not work....what i can do??
For this i create this id chess98,for advise my friend and to find help,please someone can help me?

The news pass yes are accepted,but when load the site my profile,it say me not exist this usuer.....

As you know mobile9 is updating to v6 and du to this fact,many users have encountered problems to login to theire accounts,you shouldn't have changed email and password during update process,but wait for admins(maybe christina86) to reply,and your probleme will be solved..i hope they will do it friend..meanwhile,try to login in forum,many members have successfully logged in forum while they were unable to login their profiles..good luck..et fait gaffe à ne pas donner ton mot de passe à qui que ce soit.

I can't access to forum too....nothing.....only is accepted the pass,after nothing,i can't use my account on profil and on forum,nothing....
thanks bro for reply me,noboddy reply me......this is not seriously i think....the site must first fix bigs errors,type registers faillure before fix notify or others small errors.....i know somes buddies have the same problem,and it's the bigger problem....
I have 5 days without to can use my profile....the true,only the friday night a pass work a few hours....the saturday night,other time,invalid member with the same pass...and using default browser,opera not work nothing...... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/1.gif)

yes its the same problem with me..you dont have any other option than to be patient...i tried every extent to log in but failed...well there is a suggestion,opera 11 or your default browser can log you in, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif)

i have tried opera 11,first with old pass,after aking new pass with opera 11,nothing bro...i have reinstalled 10,nothing,and default only work few hours on 4 days....

My grief is completely with you.
i have seen much of your comments and questions to the admins regarding the same.
i know u might be very tensed but bro, there is nothing in your hands, u know coz everything here is
under the supervision and the control of the admins.
they might have heard bout ur problem, there has been emerging new bugs and issues.

i also have some of them but cant do anything.
so my suggestion to you is just to keep ur cool and w8.
ur problem would definitely be solved coz i know you are and old user of m9.
