guys i'm having a problem uploading a file,everytime i try to upload it it gives an incorrect preview error and tells me that my preview picture is not 240px (width) x 320px (height).And the problem is that there is no picture for my software of that size,so any suggegstions......?

The only solution is to upload a 240x320 preview.

Every software should come with preview, else how do people know what they are downloading?

yeah the software should definetly come with a preview but all i'm saying is that the size of the preview shuould not be fixed,and if you guys want some bondaries so just state the maximum size of preview to 401 × 500 - 47k or something so that smaller previews can be selected.....
