To make themes, I think you need the source file and edit it? Not too sure on that.

I take it you're looking for an IDE with a player and compiler.
I was also after this a while back. Wanted a program that could make flash lite files. So i could make an interactive wallpaper (if that's the right word). Even on adobe's site there isn't much: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashlite/ I mean where's the buy button, they only have a form where you submit your interest. I guess it comes with flash CS3? |
