Hi,can you pls tell me,how i can know wheather this file is copyright or not,before uploading.I mean is this file 'll m9 reject or not..I saw many files which is copyrigted but you are not rejecte their files.Why

There certain criteria we will consider as copyrighted files and be rejected at Mobile9: First, files containing elements of Garfield, Gorjuss, Happy Tree Friends, Me-to-You bear are rejected as copyright. Second, if we found out that files are not originated/created by uploader, such download from M9's themers or other website (example: Pizero.net). Therefore, your files won't be removed as long as it is created by yourself and original from your ideas! few days ago my file 1898822 disappeared from my gallery...i didnt say anything..the reason was...incorrect size..it's ridiculous, but ok...
today again!!! where is my file 1902819????? this time with no reason!! i have to say that mobile9 it is the ONLY ONE site where files are deleted just like that.. is it pornography?? NO! is it garfield??? NO! it is in 100% made by me!! what is wrong with this site??here every day is going worse.. |

Whereas, the theme Placebo was deleted because the wallpaper is too blur. You can even see the pixel of the wallpaper and this really affect the quality of your theme. For your information, we would like to maintain the quality of the web site by controlling the quality of contents uploaded. Therefore, we might have higher requirement than other sites. In fact, you have pretty nice wallpapers in your gallery and you can use them in your theme as well! You are a good themer and we believe you can do better. That's nice topic. Glad I've found it. Sometime ago, I have uploaded a theme (Christmas girls) which was rejected as adult. I guess i would need some clarification on that. How come that two girls in bikini which are with their back without exposing their bodies or anything are rejected, while so many
"tits and asses" that are truly ugly meaning porn are allowed? |

Hi there, sorry for the late reply. It would help better if you can provide your file ID, and we can do some inspection and have better understanding the reason your theme is rejected. However, for certain, image that exploring the private parts of body, for example nipples and so on will be rejected. Sometimes, it is difficult for us to determine whether an image is pornographic or not. As long as the image does not explore any private part of body, we cannot reject a file because it's ugly, it would be not fair for the uploader. Sometimes, we may also reject image of girl who wear T-back if the image is too suggestive to sex appeal. Thank you and have a nice day!
