Sony Ericsson have just (April 2009) released version 4.0 of Themes Creator and it has a completely new look.
However, it does not include a Media Player skin editor. It's fortunate that Lionet is a few steps ahead of them. http://developer.sonyericsson.com/site/glo...home/p_home.jsp I'm not sure I like it. They've tried to make it idiot proof but it seems to me they have simply made it more complicated. I'll give it a go for a while to see if it grows on me. UPDATE: I don't like it. They also insist that older versions are uninstalled before using version 4.0 so I guess I will give Sony Ericsson's Themes Creator v4.0 a big (IMG:style_emoticons/default/1.gif) This post has been edited by pdownes2001: Apr 22 2009, 09:40 AM |

I have all the setup files going back to the year dot. Thanks anyway. I meant you can't run both at the same time (according to SE, that is - I haven't actually tried to do that yet.) Occasionally, I like to have an old theme open in one TC, while modifying it for a different model phone in a second TC screen. The old TC was ideal for that. It is a bit awkward in the new TC. |

I once tried to run two different versions of the SE Creator by just installing them to different folders. That worked fine, so there's hope. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Yeah - both can run together. However, I can't see what the new one offers apart from a different UI.
