Hello dear friends, I want to interested in symbian theme making and downloaded carbide v4.3 symbian theme edition. Can anyone guide me that how can I make a theme? please describe a to z in brief and making a certificate too.

To make the themes you need carbide. But for making the icons you need other apps. For the icons you may use inkscape or adobe illustrator. Make the icons and save it in svg(scalable vector graphics) format then use it in carbide.
