QUOTE(ItsMeET @ Dec 15 2006, 11:46 AM) :surrender: First off let me say thanx for the great instructions. You're welcome ;) QUOTE(ItsMeET @ Dec 15 2006, 11:46 AM) I recently got a Samsung Blade a900 phone. I have a usb cable for it. When I try and put the ringtone I created into my phone I cant assign it as a ringtone and it wont even play the file. I tried using the wap and Im not 100% sure how to use it. I uploaded a song using m9 and then tried to get it on my phone that way but couldnt figure it out. I got to a point ( going online on my phone ) where it asked for the WAP ID in the index of the m9 site, and wasnt sure what to put. So if you can give me directions that are as good and clear cut as your post that would be much appreciated. :clap2: I've found instructions to transfer MP3's to A900 on this page. Too bad, there doesn't seem a way to use MP3's as ringtones (unless you download them from sprint :( that's the bad of branded phones): read here... Complete MP3 FAQ on A900 are on this page, the whole manual (PDF) is here. I'm sorry, I had to give you bad news... :( This post has been edited by leopardof: Dec 15 2006, 06:16 AM |

QUOTE(leopardof @ Dec 15 2006, 01:54 AM) [...] Btw, for those who find it useful, I've also got a tutorial to convert audio cd's to MP3 (in order to use them for ringtones), you can find it here, I hope to find a little bit more time in the near future to post it on the forum: http://phonphun.altervista.org/tutorials/eng/cdex.php :byebye: So, the "CD-to-MP3 ripping guide" is in M9 finally: Convert your audio CD's to MP3 for free!!! Thanks anyway for the help but I think I kind of found a loop hole. My phone can use video ring tones and take videos so all I have to do is take a video of a song and set as a ring tone and I'm set. So just in case anyone asks a similar question that might help.
