After reading some of the complaints of rejection of files and their replies by admins, a thought is coming to my mind. The affect of a mistake by a citizen is less than the affect of the same mistake by their government. Although, both are not acceptable.

You people do a lot in forum. But instead of replying to every complaint(at least for rejected files), you should clearly mention the cause of rejection in remarks.
