Use the Application Installer in PC Suite or send the sis file to your phone and then browse to it with your file manager and select it. Check the Nokia FAQs to make sure that your App Manager settings will allow you to install all sis files.

You are probably trying to install symbian seris 60 v1 or v2 software, corect me if im wrong but the N73 is Symbian series 60 V3.
Try downloading software for series 60 version 3 :weightlift: |

actually you can just select the data storage profile on your mobile phone when you connect it to the computer then open your memory card
which is the removable drive then copy the .jar or .sis file inside the phone will help you install the software |

Just send your file from desktop to your mobile by blutooth or use the memo card ,them open that file in your phone, it will automaticaly ask you to install the app.
you may find here some of cool free mobile softwares and free mobile themes |
