Hello guys! No worries NVDVS, better late than never. :good: Not an Aussie myself, but currently stay in Melbourne. A pretty place!

I have a question for you guys, do any of you know how to avoid alcohol-induced rash? I tried VB, Jim Beam Ginger Beer (on separate occasions) and they trigger off a rash on my upper chest which last for 3 days after just 200-300ml of drink, so embarrassing ... any idea?

I would say that VB is the problem myself. I always feel like a ferret has walked through my mouth when I drink it. No seriously, no idea, you might try not to drink the stuff.Ginger beer is non alcoholic, have you been playing with me?You are right Melbourne is a nice place visited a few times, the wife & I love the shopping over there.

Yeah, I don't like the taste very much too.

I thought it has whiskey, albeit only small quantity, in it?

wikipedia says it can have by choice, deepends on how it's made. I've learnt something today then. Try coopers pale ale, if the rash still turns up at least it was a good beer that gave it to you.

:haha: Yeah, maybe. Sven the Millionaire Kid. :P But you probably wouldn't enjoy socialising that much too if you are allergic to beer/alcohol. Imagine drinking Cola when others are on cocktail, champagne, wine.

Be sure not to drink so much Sven, and have some drink-free days. Protect your liver ... :)
